Happy Halloween 2010!!

Happy Halloween everybody!! We had so much fun with our little Mayz this year, and I am sure she enjoyed her fair share of sweet treats:) We went to our ward trunk-or-treat and had a good time. Mayz loved picking out her treats and putting them in her little bucket. She is so stinking cute. We are just loving the stage she is in.

Hogle Zoo!!

We decided to take Mayzie to the zoo for her birthday, so we headed up on the day after her birthday. She had to get shots earlier that morning at her doc appt, so honestly I don't think she enjoyed it as much as she could have. Her poor leg hurt and you could tell she didn't feel well. But we still had a good time and would love to take her back to see all the animals.

MaYzIe is OnE!!!

Holy Moley my baby is one!! I seriously cannot believe how fast it went by. We had such a good day and enjoyed partying with the family.. Mayz was spoiled rotten by everyone and got some really fun things..

At her doc appt she weighed 21.75 lbs (63%) and was 29 1/2 in (69%) she is growing just right.. She had to get 3 shots :( and then they tried to draw blood from her veins to do a lead screening test, it turned out to be a pretty rough appt but she was tough and made it alright.

Things Mayz is doing

~she is walking around like crazy and getting tough to keep up with.

~she eats everything she can get her hands on

~she jabbers in her own little language

~she laughs and giggle all the time

~she goes up and down the stair non stop

~she goes and goes all day long

~she has 6 teeth, 2 on bottom and 4 on top

Lake Powell 2010!!

We were so excited to get to go to Lake Powell this year, it has been a few years and we were sure missing it.. Even better this year we got to take Mayz and she loved it. The water was amazing and she didn't want to get out. We had such a good time with family and had so much fun just relaxing and enjoying our time together. We can't wait to go back.

9 months!!

Holy moly where does the time go. I can't believe my baby is already 9 months old. She is at such a fun stage right now. I love it her little personality keeps getting bigger and bigger. We know this girl will be a lot of drama cause she already has a huge attitude but it's all worth it cause she is so dang cute;)
At her doc appt Monday she weighed 19.75 lbs and is 28 inches long. She is happy and healthy and we couldn't be happier. Some of her milestones are
~she has a one-legged crawl and drags her right leg. It is pretty much the cutest thing ever
~ she pulls herself up to everything
~ she can stand up without holding on to anything
~ she can balance for a few seconds without holding onto anything
~ she can crawl up the stairs
~ she has one tooth on the bottom and the other is working it's way through
~ she is a super good eater(unlike her mommy) and will eat just about anything and boy does she love food
~ she waves to people but we are not quite sure if she actually gets the concept but oh well
Those are just a few. I just love this little girl. She is a handful but I love her to bits and am so happy to be her mommy:)

We took Mayz golfing for the first time last week, and although it was a little bit chilly she seemed to enjoy herself. Her daddy sure loved having her out on the golf course with him. Someday she will have her own little set of pink golf clubs for sure.
